Welcome to Magical Athlete, the wacky racing game where absolutely anything can happen!
Put together your own team of the most varied racers: from a centaur to a rocket scientist, from an egg to a... banana. Every contestant has their own bizarre, unfair power that can turn the race completely upside down. Roll the die, move your pawn and get ready for total chaos.
The game is simple, fast and full of unexpected twists. One moment you are in the lead, the next you are overtaken by a baby with magical powers. Magical Athlete is pure fun in its most unpredictable form, perfect for a round of laughing, bluffing and crazy situations at the table.

Officially the game is for 2 to 6 players, but several players say they play it with 7 or 8, sometimes in teams of two or with an extra point stack for third place. They call it wonderfully chaotic, with even more abilities going off at once. One player does warn that an unlucky mix of racers can make it feel messy.
Players mostly describe it as a cheerful chaos game: the racers' odd powers crash into each other and that brings a lot of laughter. If you want deep tactics, they say this isn't the right pick, but as a light break with 4 to 6 people it often goes down really well. With an eager group, people keep asking to play it again.
With two players, each of you controls two racers, so it plays a bit like a four-player game. Players find it works surprisingly well and stays nicely chaotic, though most enjoy it even more with a fuller table. Now and then you may forget which of your racers is up next.
That's right, on some dice the pips are laid out differently than usual, and players notice that a few dice don't match the others. According to the designer this was done on purpose, because it fits the goofy mood of the game. It has no effect on how you play.
