Earth is used up. You and your team of colonists have been sent out to find a new home planet. In Planet Unknown you build a completely new world by placing tiles and redeveloping your board (world) with them. Every choice counts: where do you place your pieces, which bonuses do you take along and how do you build a planet that can support life?
The game lifts the tile-laying genre to a new level with the Lazy S.U.S.A.N. station in the middle of the table, which lets all players choose their piece for the turn at the same time. Do watch out for any meteorites, they can block things up quite a bit!
Each turn everyone picks a tile from the rotating platform, places it on their planet and activates the matching actions. Build cities, develop technology and score points by planning ahead well. Planet Unknown plays quickly, but offers endless variety.
