Imagine this: cities on the moon. A new home for humanity, far from Earth, on its way to the stars! The rockets are filled to the brim with colonists and supplies. Robots are standing by, every step is carefully planned. What could go wrong? Well… quite a lot, actually.
Welcome to the moon! In Moon Colony Bloodbath you lead a colony in an unpredictable universe. What starts as a hopeful mission quickly turns into a race to survive. Every round brings new surprises, sometimes handy, often disastrous.
Players build their own base, make tactical choices and try to keep their colonists safe. Perfect for fans of strategic fun with a space twist!
Each player gets a unique set of cards and starts with a modest colony. By making the right choices you keep building your base while fighting off events that throw a spanner in the works. Will your colony survive the chaos?

Yes, there is a solo mode without an automa: you play with the same deck as in a multiplayer game, plus a few extra cards for points, and you try to beat your own score or survive long enough to reach the good ending. Players enjoy solo and find it challenging, though one notes the solo challenge may wear off after a while. Players also say it is harder on your own than with more people at the table.
Yes, solo plays almost the same as with more players, since there is little interaction anyway. Players do say you miss laughing together about all the disasters, and some wouldn't have bought it for solo play alone. Even on your own you keep taking hits, that's simply part of the game.
Players experience this differently. Some enjoy playing a cheerful narrator who pretends everything will be fine, but most suggest being upfront: tell everyone that from round 3 on things fall apart, and that clawing to keep your colony alive is exactly the fun part. That way everyone feels in on the joke instead of being the butt of it.
Yes, players happily play it with two and say it moves along nicely. Because you act at the same time and barely interfere with each other directly, they feel it plays much like with more players. One player found the "dome" and "complex" cards a bit too strong at two and now tweaks them.
Yes, one player filmed his own first solo run-through of the game. Viewers say the picture and sound are just fine and that his comments about the game ring true, so it is a nice way to see it in action first.
